Membership Types (In Brief)

• Primary Membership - For REALTORS® only- Dues include NAR, Florida REALTORS® and CFCAR dues. 
• Secondary Membership - For REALTORS® only- NAR & Florida REALTORS® dues paid through another board. CFCAR Membership is to gain CFCAR member benefits only. 
• Affiliate Membership - Are you looking to promote your products and services to an engaged audience?  As an Affiliate Business Partner, you are afforded several opportunities to increase the reach of your business by networking with local REALTORS® to create lasting business partnerships. We welcome any business in an allied field to the real estate industry.
• Institute Affiliate Membership - Licensees who have a designation (CCIM, SIOR, CPM, etc.) are eligible to join at a discounted rate through the Institute.

NOTE:  Memberships are prorated based on month of joining. REALTOR® members who renew late will be required to pay for the entire year or member benefits will be impacted.  A charge may be applied for late renewals.
